MEET BITSY!
Bitsy came to us from Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter (TMAS) last month.
She is a FANTASTIC girl! Calm, loving and friendly - she was a tester dog at TMAS for so many meet and greets, but no one ever chose Bitsy. For such a wonderful, easy dog, it is crazy she has spent so much time without a home!
She came into TMAS March 2024 as a court case.
She was adopted in December 2024.
In October 2025, she was found dumped, covered in ticks – even inside her mouth – flea infestation and thin, and, of course, testing positive for heart worms. Since then, she has been at the shelter….waiting.
She is nothing but love and deserves a new forever start. Maybe you are that start?
